Here's how Salon.com website reacted to the story about Paramount Realty, the Manhattan company that is dealing with the rapidly deflating stupidly priced-real-estate bubble by getting cute chicks to sell apartments: and I quote: "Oh, vomit."
In fact, they criticize society (and men) for needing external factors to sell expensive Real Estate properties, and once again using an object with the target of increasing Real Estate property sales. In fact, most importantly, Zampolini's comparison of his new realtors and brokers was to race horses, which is really a disgrace since they're build to to run fast, right out of the gate. "They start at 16 or 17 and can finish at 24, so they have to work very, very hard." Because by 24, they're no good as "real estate brokers" anymore!!! Where are we headed??
And they they say, "The only good news in this totally stupid story is that they are apparently raking it in selling apartments. The article cites 21-year-old Maria Markova as having sold two multimillion-dollar pads to buddies of hers, and another realtor as putting herself through Columbia on her earnings."

Is Real Estate as Sexy as Fashion?
Zampollini from Paramount Realty in downtown Soho would argue that it is - having young and pretty realtors selling some of the most expensive Real Estate propoerties in New York. He manages a boutique Real Estate agency and has a lot to show for. Take Maria Markova, a 21-year-old blonde, blue-eyed Russian who works as a Real Estate agent in Paramount Realty and has completed her real estate licensing course, necessary in New York to work as a broker, a year and a half ago. She has sold a number of properties including two multi-million-dollar apartments at 55 Wall Street, a Cipriani residence and a luxury condo building.
