I heard that a New York broker is heading a company in which he hires good-lucking sexy women to sell some of his biggest and most profitable Real Estate properties of New York city (and all its neighborhoods). In Manhattan, he's getting good-looking chics to sell some stupidly priced real-estate properties all over the city.

But this is actually no surprise. The acclaimed Real estate broker has hired six girls as his Real Estate agents and is doing very well. As part of their job requirements, they should look good, but also take potential Real Estate clients out to luck, drive with them on the companies latest 2007 cars including a beautiful Rolls Royce. The idea behind the whole thing is for the Real Estate clients to believe that in addition to the Real Estate properties, they will also be getting the chics and the cars.

The founder of this company – Paramount Realty – is Paolo Zampollini. He claims to be revolutionizing the Real Estate industry by making it an issue of brand and concept – similar to popular fashion houses which exist all over the world. As he explains it, his real estate agents sell apartments, condos, houses and mansions, rather than clothing, watches, brands and style. The concept is that the buyer will actually picture himself in the property with the beautiful friend showing him the property. And it seems as though they're quite successful at selling Real Estate, too. "Maria Markova has sold two multimillion-dollar Real Estate Properties to buddies of hers, and another agent is putting herself through Columbia on her selling Real Estate properties, as well," he explains.
